The people against gay marriage now will almost certainly get lumped in with the anti-interracial-marriage people and probably even the don’t-let-women-vote people. As a point of reference, Natalie Maines called the War in Iraq a travesty way back in 2003 and caught a firestorm of criticism for it. Now everyone couldn’t be more on her side.
